SOLD - Core5 has sold a fully entitled, pad-ready site at C5 Airport East Logistics Center in Elsmere, Kentucky (Kenton County) to Niagara Bottling. The site has horizontal infrastructure in place with an additional benefit of a 30-year PILOT agreement provided by the City of Elsmere. The 52-acre site will be home to Niagara’s new $129.8 million manufacturing facility. MedShare provides biomedical training and support to healthcare professionals in over 27 countries around the world, ensuring the sustainability of more than 30,000 pieces of medical equipment delivered through their recovery and redistribution efforts.
