A color palette, which was designed by architects informed on correctional spaces, is helping CoreCivic facilities incorporate colors to match and flow with the geographical regions in which the facilities are located. The ARrow Center for Justice Reform is a non-profit that works to promote a criminal justice system that balances accountability with rehabilitation and harm reduction, respecting the dignity and rights of victims, perpetrators, and those in the correctional system. CoreCivic is proud of the good work from Daren and his team!

"I shouldn't let the past define who I am today because that's not who I am today…" Residents at CoreCivic's La Palma, Red Rock, and Saguaro correctional facilities in Eloy, #AZ, recently participated in day-long, Trauma to Transformation workshops to better understand their past trauma and the role it has played in their choices and behavior. Spearheaded by the Compassion Prison Project, a California-based nonprofit, the workshops focused on self-empowerment and helping those in CoreCivic's care identify past trauma with the goal of helping them start their healing journey.
