Hosted by the Center of Excellence for Food and Agriculture at Cornell AgriTech and Cornell Cooperative Extension of Washington County, with support from State Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner, this hands-on workshop will give aspiring food and beverage producers and entrepreneurs an introduction to food safety and product development and provide the framework needed to bring new food and beverage innovations to market. Attendees will be able to bring their food prototypes to test for pH, water activity and other food safety analytics.
