CorpInfoTech is excited to share the news that the CMMC Rule has cleared OIRA review and is expected to be published in the Federal Register this week, therefore codifying the final version of the rule.    The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) passed all elements of the CMMC 2.0 program late on Friday night. The window for inter-agency challenges closed this morning with none being recorded. Meaning, it’s approved for publication in the Federal Register.   That will trigger a 60-Day window for congress to review the rule. We’re in the final stages of this process!
