Additionally, more than 12,000 square feet of retail space will be available on the first floor. Congratulations to Bruce Kintner on being awarded a 2024 National Jefferson Award by Multiplying Good . He was selected as the recipient of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Award for Outstanding Service Benefiting Local Communities in recognition for his work with the Samaritan Car Care Clinic, a local organization that helps low-income families with car repairs.
