In honor of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month, we’re spotlighting another incredible adoption story! Meet Jax, who found his forever home and brings endless joy to his new family. Jax loves an adventure! His top favorite things are snuggling, adventuring, and playing with his ball. Jax was adopted from Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region! His family thinks he is a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix but have yet to do a DNA test to find out where all his loveable qualities come from. Have an adoption success story of your own? It’s Adopt a Shelter Dog Month! This week, we’re highlighting Mila’s journey. 🐶 Meet Mila, a sheltie mix that was recently adopted from a foster rescue in Virginia. She was left abandoned in a trailer with another dog and cat when her previous owner went to prison. Luckily, the rescue found her and, as you can see, Mila is truly living her best life with her mom! Have you adopted a dog? We want to hear your story!
