Wayne Ho, CPC President and CEO, joined as a panelist at the Center for Workforce Inclusion's Equity Summit in Washington, DC. He spoke about the needs of AAPI older adults and CPC’s work in civic engagement, voter mobilization, and policy advocacy. 💼 The Center funds CPC’s Senior Community Service Employment Program, which provides training for 220 low-income, unemployed community members aged 55 and older. We’re proud to help break down barriers and create pathways to economic stability for older workers.

CPC joined Secure Jobs NYC (securejobsact.nyc) Council Members Tiffany Cabán, Shahana Hanif and Office of the New York City Comptroller on the steps of City Hall to call for the passage of the Secure Jobs Act! We are facing one of the worst affordability crises in NYC’s history and workers are being fired without good cause. We need protections now and that starts with the passage of the Secure Jobs Act! #EndUnjustFirings

CPC was honored to host the Chinese American Service League, Chicago's largest Asian American social services organization. They visited to learn from CPC and our CPC One build-out in planning their own campus. We shared how we designed our headquarters, community center and affordable housing project to reflect our organizational values and support our community members and staff.
