This week, Care Providers staff met up with Matt Hood at Oak Terrace Senior Living of Le Sueur to talk with Joe Teirab, candidate for MN Congressional District 2. This was a great opportunity to showcase the importance of long-term care and connect on the ways the federal government can invest in workforce development and reimbursement to ensure access to care is not reduced. Developing relationships with legislators at all levels of government is important to ensuring partnership in our effort to provide care for some of our most vulnerable populations.
