Meet Nick Hyland, Team Lead and employee-owner at Craftsman Technology Group. He joined our team in 2022 as the first Data Analyst at CTG and was promoted to his current role earlier this year! Nick has always been drawn to data, technology, and “translating geek speak” into tangible outcomes. He leads efforts around business intelligence, data management, and advanced technical support, all while maintaining the highest standard for data security for our clients. “Many organizations already have data that illustrates their impact but don’t always have the solutions to see it clearly and use it effectively. I examine which pieces of data are most important, configure solutions to store and report on that data, and enable staff at all levels to deliver meaningful insights using those systems.” In his personal life, Nick is an avid hiker, traveler, and Formula 1 racing fan. He has been scaling 4,000+ foot mountain peaks in New Hampshire and recently traveled to Italy to catch an F1 race in person. Nick is a certified Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, Tableau Consultant, Azure Data Engineer Associate, and Power BI Data Analyst Associate. We are grateful to have Nick as part of our #team! #Salesforce #Tableau #PowerBI #Azure

We congratulate all of the awardees of the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) New Market Tax Credits! In total, $5 billion was awarded this year, including more than $300 million in funding to our clients: Capital Impact Partners, Forward Community Investments, Housing Partnership Network, Michigan Community Capital, Nonprofit Finance Fund, and PIDC. This federal tax credit helps fill project financing gaps by enabling investors to make more significant investments than would otherwise be possible. Communities benefit from the jobs associated with investments and greater access to housing and public facilities. We are honored to work with these organizations and other CDFIs making a significant impact in their communities locally, regionally, and nationwide. The GGRF is a significant milestone in the effort to address the climate crisis. We at Craftsman Technology Group are excited about the opportunities it presents to mission-oriented climate financers, as well as its potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
