We're proud and excited to share the video below, from the final Capture the Flag event under the 2024 cyberveteran reintegration program, "Cyber Defenders." This event marked the culmination of the learning cycle, where participants showcased the skills and knowledge they acquired during the intensive 5-month course. Get an impressive glimpse into the incredible atmosphere that prevailed at the "Cyber Defenders" finale. Post graduation, we'll continue working on the career development of our graduates in civilian life and the protection of the digital space. The “Cyber Defenders” reintegration training program is implemented by CRDF Global in coordination with national partners, with the strategic and financial support of U.S. Department of State Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs’ Coordination Office.

📣 Call for Applications: Global Forum on Humanitarian Health Research The Global Forum on Humanitarian Health Research (GFH2R) will feature researchers from settings affected by humanitarian crises, especially low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), through a series of webinars and an in-person meeting taking place in Nairobi, Kenya in May 2025. The theme for GFH2R 2025: Health Research at the Nexus of Humanitarian Crises and Climate Change. Interested individuals are welcome to join the webinars, starting on August 28 at 9:00 a.m. ET. Thanks to all who participated in and supported Lviv's first Regional Cyber Resilience Forum and largest cybersecurity event at the local level. The Regional Cyber Resilience Forum: Lviv 2024 was held on July 24th-25th as part of the second phase of the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2024. Organized by CRDF Global, the two-day event brought together a diverse group of participants from government, private sector, academia, embassies, and international donor communities. Attendees included Serhii Demediuk, Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) of Ukraine; Yurii Myronenko, Head of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP), and other key players in the domain. The first day featured keynote speeches and panel discussions on topics such as the cyber resilience of critical infrastructure, countering Russian disinformation in the energy sector, and hybrid threats from Russian aggression. The second day focused on practical workshops led by cybersecurity experts. These sessions provided tabletop exercises and collaborative opportunities to develop actionable strategies to enhance cyber resilience regionally and globally. The forum served as a crucial platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and partnership development, significantly impacting the region's cybersecurity landscape. Organized by National Cybersecurity Coordination Center (NCSCC) under NSDC and CRDF Global, with support from the U.S. Department of State, the event was held in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, Lviv Regional State Administration, and Lviv State University of Life Safety.
