Championing financial progress for all
About us
Credit Karma is focused on championing financial progress for more than 130 million members in the U.S., Canada and U.K. While we're best known for pioneering free credit scores, our members turn to us for resources as they work toward their financial goals. This includes tools for credit and identity monitoring, credit card recommendations, shopping for loans (car, home and personal), and growing their savings* -- all for free. We’ve grown significantly through the years, adding more than 70 million members in the last five alone. We currently have more than 1,300 employees spread across offices in San Francisco, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Leeds, London and one coming soon to Oakland. Disrupting the financial industry is not an easy task. That’s why we know it’s one worth doing. Our core values of helpfulness, ownership, progress and empathy guide our work and our relationships. Championing financial progress for everyone is a big mission that requires passionate people working together to make a difference in the world. If you’re up for the task, we’d love to have you on our team. We had a blast celebrating Latino Heritage Month at Credit Karma! It was amazing to see our team come together and learn from one another as we celebrate the contributions of Latinos to our society and culture. Throughout the month, we hosted a series of engaging events, including a virtual Fireside Chat with our Latin Karma ERG and Women of Karma ERG, where we discussed breaking generational barriers in the workforce. We also had an insightful lunch with our CEO, who shared invaluable tips on navigating corporate life. A tremendous thank you to our Latin Karma ERG for planning and everyone who made these events a success! #LatinHeritageMonth #DiversityandInclusion #Inclusivity

Vice President, Head of People Attraction & Enablement @ Credit Karma; Charlotte Business Journal - Power 100; 2022 Top 50 Women Leaders of North Carolina; 2023 NextTech NCTech Award; 2024 Top Women Leaders of Charlotte;
Time together in person is invaluable, and it’s been far too long since we’ve all been together! Our team has truly been on a rollercoaster ride since 2020. We’ve faced challenges head-on, and through it all, we've been fortunate to have an executive team that made the tough decision to prioritize people over profit—not just once but twice, in both 2020 and again in 2022. That decision was deeply appreciated, and it also meant stepping into new roles and responsibilities, often without knowing how long those stints would last. Many of our team members were redeployed (some for the second time since joining Credit Karma) into other areas of the business while the rest of the tech world faced massive layoffs. And here’s the thing—they didn’t just adapt, they thrived. Recruiters are NOT one trick ponies and our team proved it. These folks landed on teams that didn’t want to let them go because of the impact they made. Their contributions were so remarkable that the business was eager to have them and even more eager to keep them. But now, the business needs us to operate as recruiting partners again—but not just in the way we were before. We’re elevating our game, and the model we're embracing will be a Venn diagram of a recruiter, a data analyst, and an HR business partner. It’s a fusion of skill sets that will make us more strategic, data-driven, and aligned with the business than ever before. Proud of how far we’ve come and excited about where we’re headed. We’re ready to tackle this next chapter with the same resilience, adaptability, and drive that got us here. #LockedArms #DoWhatsTrue #HeresToProgress

Yesterday, our Intuit Credit Karma team had a fantastic time participating in the Charlotte Pride Parade! Our Karmanauts came together for a day filled with energy and an incredible sense of community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to engage in this space as we continue to center and uplift LGBTQ+ voices and promote an inclusive culture, not just within our walls but also in the communities that we serve. A huge thank you to our volunteers and Karmanauts who came out and made the celebration so special. We’re already looking forward to next year’s celebration! #pride #charlottepride #intuitcreditkarma
