Sharing this exciting update related to our recent investment in EBS Consulting LLC! We look forward to the partnership between Edward Adams and T.J. Crosby, MBA to provide great HR service and support to current and new clients across the country.
We wanted to make you aware of an exciting update for EBS Consulting LLC! After months of careful consideration, Edward Adams has elected to sell a majority interest to Crosby Capital Group and partner with T.J. Crosby, MBA to lead EBS Consulting’s next phase of growth. As you already know, Ed is an amazing HR leader and member of the greater Chattanooga, TN community, and this investment will now allow him to focus on his passion to grow the EBS Consulting portfolio of clients served over the next few years, while T.J. and the rest of the EBS team deliver the same great HR service that we’ve provided over nearly three decades! As Founder & Chief Development Officer, Ed will be reaching out to current, former, and potential clients over the coming weeks and months to learn more about your ongoing HR service needs, which EBS can support and resolve, as well as share the additional service offerings EBS has available through this investment. Throughout this next month or so, the EBS team will also be scheduling meetings with current EBS clients to formally introduce T.J. In the meantime, we’d like to share a bit about T.J. and his background: In addition to his role as President & Executive Consultant at EBS, T.J. also serves as CEO of Concrete Careers (another Crosby Capital Group portfolio company). Prior to founding Crosby Capital Group, T.J.’s track record includes serving as Chief Human Resources at Sylvan Road and Head of Talent Experience at FirstKey Homes. At FirstKey, he successfully implemented critical talent initiatives which enabled the organization to successfully scale from under 250 employees to over 1,000. T.J. holds a BS in Business Management from Jacksonville State University and an MBA from Auburn University. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Valerie, and their two young children. Please join us in congratulating Ed on this next phase of his journey at EBS Consulting, and welcoming T.J. onto the leadership team. Also, please reach out to us with any questions!
