The world's largest recruiter of remote full-time jobs, enabling world-class tech talent to qualify for elite jobs.

About us

Crossover is a global recruitment company, founded in 2014. We're the world's largest recruiter that specializes in elite full-time remote jobs, hiring the top 1% of tech talent from every corner of the planet. We find awesome talent in overlooked places, by posting jobs all over the world, and giving everyone an equal opportunity to prove their skills are world-class. Our system of AI-powered assessments is based on objective factors that are scientifically proven to predict high performance (e.g. cognitive aptitude). 𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐏𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊𝐒: 🧑 Reviews from people we've hired: crossover.com/reviews 💼 Current openings: crossover.com/jobs 💎 Hire someone for your company: crossover.com/hire ♟️ How the process works: crossover.com/selection-process ❓ FAQs: crossover.com/help ~~~ 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise. Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions: 1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters. 2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely). 3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs. It's hard, but it's worth it!

3 Game-Changing Strategies for High-Performing Remote Workers 🚀 As someone working remotely for years, I've learned that setting smart boundaries isn't about slacking off—it's about leveling up your game. Every 6 months, I take a moment to revisit my work strategies. Why? Because... 🚨 According to Aflac's WorkForces Report, 57% of all workers (remote or otherwise) rate their burnout levels as moderate to very high. Even more concerning? 🚨 Of those experiencing high burnout, 89% are facing mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Ufff! Nobody produces their best work when they're on the verge of burnout. If you want to be a high performer: you have to learn how to sustain an epic output without reaching burnout. The key: smart boundaries. While office workers are still figuring if they have to reply to emails on the weekend, great remote teams mastered asynchronous communication a long time ago. We're in a prime position to solve these 21st-century workplace challenges and show everyone else how it's done. 💪 Ready to take your remote work life up a notch? Here are 3 strategies you absolutely need in your arsenal 👇 1️⃣ Optimize Your Power Hours • Identify when you're at your peak and align your work hours with those times • Clearly communicate your core hours to your global squad • Create a "shutdown ritual" to switch gears between work and personal time 2️⃣ Master the Art of Async Teamwork • Set response time expectations with your coworkers. 90% of interactions should not require instant response • Differentiate between "important" and "urgent". Urgent should be rare, and reserved for unpredictable surprises (e.g. "the site is down!") • Set specific times for message and email check-ins, and allow colleagues to do the same • Never have meetings with more than 4 people, and normalize letting people leave (or multi-task on) any call where they are not actively needed 3️⃣ Level Up Your Connectivity Game • Use focus modes on devices to control when you want to be reachable • Set a default expectation that vacation = disabling work emails, IMs and calendar. With good planning and team support, most tasks can be prepped in advance or delegated. Create a system for escalating truly urgent matters (but only use it when sh*t really is on fire 🔥) • Empower your direct reports to make autonomous progress without waiting for you to weigh in. Accept that their solution may look different to yours. Use course corrections as a coaching opportunity 👉 Remember, a burnt-out team is about as productive as a supercomputer without electricity. These strategies aren't just about improving quality of life—they're about enabling you and your team to sustain high performance long term, so you can consistently deliver epic results. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Drop your thoughts or your own performance-boosting tricks in the comments. #RemoteWork #ProductivityNinja #MentalHealthMatters #WorkSmartNotHard

Confession time: I used to think I was hot stuff in the office. But when I joined Crossover and went fully remote? Boy, was I in for a wake-up call. Here's the thing - being great in-office doesn't automatically make you a remote work rockstar. Trust me, I learned this the hard way. 🥲 So, I went on a mission. I was determined to up my remote work game, and I was recommended some e-learning platforms that literally changed the game for me. I'm talking 0 to 100, real quick. Here are the 5 platforms that turned this remote work amateur into an all-star. 👇 1. LinkedIn Learning (linkedin.com/learning): This was my starting point. Their courses on creating a deep-focus home office and mastering virtual meetings are game changers. 2. Udemy.com: Until I went fully remote, I never realized that communication was my Achilles heel. Udemy's async communication courses fixed that. I know I keep talking about async communication every 5 minutes here, but it's 2024's hottest skill. You're welcome. 3. DeepLearning.AI: Okay, I'll admit, for all the AI optimism we talk about here, I would be lying if I said I didn't feel a bit intimidated by the sudden AI evolution. But this platform made me an AI-wielding superhero. My productivity? Through the roof. 4. Skillsoft.com: When I started managing a remote team, it felt like herding cats. Skillsoft's 'Working Remotely' track? Turned me into a cat whisperer. (Metaphorically. My actual cat still ignores me.) 5. Traliant.com: Working with a global team made me realize I needed some serious cultural competency. Traliant's courses were eye-opening. Now I'm not just avoiding faux pas, I'm building real connections. Look, I get it. Professional development can feel like a chore. But let me tell you - in this remote work world, your skills are your superpower. Don't let them get rusty. I'm curious - have you tried any of these platforms? Or do you have a secret weapon of your own? Drop it in the comments. Let's learn from each other! After all, we're all in this remote work revolution together. Might as well crush it, right? #RemoteWork #NeverStopLearning #Upskill

“Overbuilding things the world doesn’t have use for, or is not ready for, typically ends badly, ...” This is the most relevant quote from the article linked below and goes right to the crux of the biggest challenges with AI adoption today: too much fairy dust and not enough grounding in reality to lay a proper foundation for AI-led organizational transformation. While I am all for experimentation and technological optimism, the rampant hyperbole—positive and negative—distracts businesses away from implementing immediate real-world applications while waiting for epoch defining capabilities, keeping many businesses from investing in learning how AI adoption can deliver value. Regardless of market sentiment, bull or bear, Generative AI represents a massive opportunity to generate business value even when it's "stochastic"—random—outputs still generate inaccuracies. Expecting perfection in the early stages of technology's development is not reasonable, because learning how to work around it's current limitations will pay dividends in the long run. If you are keen to deliver immediate value with AI, apply at Crossover , and let’s build an AI-enabled future together. #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #TechIndustry #AIBoom #WallStreet #TechTrends #GenerativeAI #AIFuture #AIInvestments #DigitalTransformation

Ever wondered if we're teaching kids the wrong stuff for future jobs? 🤔 Picture this: It's 2030. AI's handling most coding tasks. Your kid's about to choose their high school electives.
