    Access control do's and dont's🚪 We couldn't be bigger fans of shorter lines, tailored attendee experiences and safer event spaces. Here's some tips: ✅ DO: Leverage NFC Wristbands for contactless entry. Speed up lines and reduce error with our tech that’s fast and reliable. Segment your attendees by VIP, General Admission, and staff for customized experiences and security levels. Integrate your data with other platforms. Our CrowdPass system seamlessly integrates with hundreds of apps, providing valuable insights into attendee behavior. Offer mobile app support for real-time updates and easy check-in/check-out features. ❌ DON’T: Don’t rely on manual lists or paper tickets. They slow down entry and are prone to mistakes. (hint- QR code and apple wallet check are our features to solve this) Avoid overcomplicating the system with unnecessary steps—keep it user-friendly for both attendees and staff. Don’t neglect post-event data. The insights captured through our access control systems are a goldmine for improving future events. Don’t overlook security.     Dopamine management > Event management Hear me out: Dopamine is what is fuelling the attention revolution. The art of planning and marketing events is intrinsically linked to our ability to stimulate or affect dopamine levels in our audience Dopamine is fantastic in action. It energizes and engages people, making them excited to say, ‘Yes, I’ll attend.’ Too much dopamine can also turn into a nightmare. Attendees feel burnt out, cannot engage with anything, and won’t be coming back. Your success will be defined by how you influence dopamine release before, during, and after an event. It can be argued that mastering FOMO from an event marketing perspective reinforces anticipatory dopamine response. So what? Think of yourself as a dopamine manager. I created this map to illustrate an ideal alternation of high and low dopamine moments. This narrative fits exceptionally well into the concept of moment planning, which I introduced a few months ago. What do you think? P.S.     Scoring major points with New York Red Bulls core audience and converting crowds into highly engaged attendees with CrowdPages! With our scan to win activation through CrowdPages QR codes and CrowdSync's LED wristbands, we were able to capture valuable insights into fan interest in various ticketing products across season, group, partial and premium ticket options. With over 4,500 scans from the game and a 68.7% email opt in rate, it was an absolute win for New York Red Bulls and Audi to inform future marketing strategies and build their marketing list with 1690 leads!
