CROWFOOT SOLUTIONS is seeking currently employed professionals looking to improve their situation that are highly-motivated and hungry for success to join our growing team based in Poughkeepsie, New York. Your position will be REMOTE. If you've ever thought you'd be good at sales or knew someone who made a lot of money doing sales, this is for you! You will start in our entry level appointment setter position setting appointments for the sale of Crowfoot Solutions services, and will quickly work to be promoted to an appointment closer position where you'll close sales doing in-home sales presentations. Responsibilities: -Create leads and set appointments for the sale of Crowfoot Solutions products and services -Represent Crowfoot Solutions professionally by increasing awareness and becoming an expert on home service business owners -Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions -Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals -Participate in continuous education opportunities to hone your craft and build skills -All appointment setter and appointment closer positions’ daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from setting appointments to closing sales through your very own proven setting technique  -Provide excellent customer service by working with customers proactively Qualifications: -US-Based fluent English speaker -Excellent communication skills -Positive attitude and strong work ethic -Coachable and self-motivated -Capable of meeting or exceeding sales goals -Exceptional critical thinking skills -Able to perform with minimal supervision -Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize -Must be available Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM EST -Applicants must be 18 years or older -Must have reliable computer and smartphone -Facebook account necessary Previous experience in the following will help move your name up on the list: -Home Services -Residential solar sales -Appointment Setting  -General Sales -Real Estate Sales -Marketing Sales -Direct sales -Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience Pay & Hours: -Pay is strictly commissioned based -Pay the SECOND the appointment you set CLOSES -Earn $1,000 to $5,000 per month as an appointment setter -Sales Bonuses Paid Monthly (the more you sell the more you earn) Benefits: -Work only 5 hours a day / Full time pay for part time hours -Two days off per week -Generous compensation plans -Qualify for company vacations If you feel like you’re the best candidate for this position and would like to move your name to the front of the applicant list, please email your resume to fauzi@crowfootsolutions.com OR shelby@crowfootsolutions.com #appointment_setter #appointment_setting #hiring #sales #remote #facebook_admin #va #virtual_assistant #meta_business #b2b #b2b_marketing #appointments
