So happy to have you at California State University, Monterey Bay, Enya Koo. Thank you for sharing your insight!
This week during midterms at California State University, Monterey Bay, I realized how fast time has gone by… Feels like graduation at Monterey Peninsula College was only a week ago! My first semester at CSUMB is going well and I’m grateful that I chose to attend community college before university. My parents and mentors encouraged me to save money by going to MPC, and it’s really paying off *no pun intended* now. I have a degree under my belt, a certification, and some extra cash! To anybody debating going to a 4-year right out high school or community college, I suggest community college first. Community college was relaxed but also challenged me academically. It also gradually brought me into the college environment without too much pressure. It set me up for success and I’ve seen positive results in only my first semester at CSUMB. Go lobos! 🐺 And go otters! 🦦 #communitycollege #monterey #student #postgrad

From Late Night at the OSU and "The Plunge" during Otter Days to Monte's 5K and the Concert Under the Stars during RAFT Weekend, we've been creating some unforgettable student experiences! Go Otters!

Glamping, a fusion of "glamorous" and "camping," has rapidly grown in popularity as an eco-friendly travel trend. It offers travelers the comfort of luxury accommodations (like beds, electricity, and private bathrooms) within natural environments, making it a sustainable and unique way to experience the outdoors. According to a report by Grand View Research, Inc, the global glamping market is expected to reach $5.94 billion by 2030, driven by travelers seeking adventure without sacrificing modern amenities and environmental consciousness. ⛺ 🌳
Glamping is getting a glow-up. Truly luxurious tented camps, such as the 21 tented suites that JW Marriott has in the Masai Mara National Refuge in Kenya, represent a new hot trend in hospitality, according to Marriott CEO Anthony Capuano. Here's what he said at Skift Global Forum:
