Culture Booster is here to improve employee experiences. We believe the best way to improve employee experiences is by helping organizations create environments that are conducive to people bringing their best selves to work each day. Our software-as-a-service (SAAS) web-based platform is designed to be an easy system that does hard work, replacing or significantly augmenting other forms of “culture work” traditionally performed by consultants or done in an ad-hoc fashion by internal organizational champions. Our data-driven approach brings together four key elements of effective culture-change work: improving engagement, increasing transparency, sparking collaboration, and capturing innovation. Culture Booster helps everyone in your organization to work arm and arm to improve your workplace culture, even if they’re working remotely. Our familiar features like Surveys (Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Training Events, and Offboarding), 1 on 1's, and trackable Goals help everyone work better together.     Continuous improvement is one of the characteristics we look for in our ideal customers at Culture Booster. We look for clients that are not satisfied with the status quo. Rather they are constantly looking at their organizations and businesses and asking the question… “What can we be doing better?” Jim Leslie once referred a book to me titled "Grow or Die" by George Land. Its quite academic and I'll spare you the details, but the underlying message of the title is so important... If you're not growing and continuously improving your business it’s dying.     Company culture is just as important as the bottom line, if you have a toxic culture you'll lose... People are the driving force behind your business, and creating a positive and empowering culture is essential for the success of your business. That means you have to understand what your employees want at a deep level. You have to be constantly adapting to their needs and what they want from the organization. For example, one of my employees might want higher pay when he’s 24. But maybe he falls in love at 28 and decides he wants to spend more time with his family. Another might be more interested in a fancy title. Another might want to get access to me and build a relationship. Another might want to go to one of our international offices and work there. There are a million different variables, and it’s on you as a leader to adjust to reality as it changes. Culture is not something you can just hang on a wall and call it a day. A strong culture is built through consistent actions and decision-making. Either you care about your culture because you actually understand it... or you just say it because it looks 'good' and you actually don't care and you just care about your short term money. Don't underestimate the power of investing in your employees. It's not just the right thing to do, it's also a smart business move.
