    This week, I attended my first Outreach kickoff event in Las Vegas, and what an unforgettable experience it was! 🎉 One of the highlights was attending our WINS breakfast panel, where I had the chance to engage in a powerful and inspiring conversation with Nadia Rashid, Angela Garinger, Allison Bouchard and Grace Presnick. The discussion reinforced some valuable lessons that really stuck with me. I was reminded that being myself is my superpower. Embracing my authenticity has been a game changer, and I've realized that my unique strengths, perspectives, and personality are what truly set me apart. I also came away with a deeper appreciation for how Outreach fosters a culture of women supporting women. There’s something incredibly special about seeing women uplift each other. 💕 Finally, this experience further affirmed that Outreach is exactly where I’m meant to be. The messages I heard have reinforced my decision to work here, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a company that values and nurtures such an inclusive, motivating culture. Thank you to all the amazing women who shared their stories and asked great questions at the event. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and more committed than ever to the work we do and the path we’re creating together. 💪
