Another exciting celebration of project success! The Stroudwater Apartments Grand Opening was very well attended and received recognition from both local and state representatives. Located in Westbrook, Stroudwater Apartments provides 55 affordable units for Mainers 55+, adding some much needed housing to the region. We are proud to say this is one of the most cost effective and energy efficient buildings we have ever built. Congratulations to the entire project team! CWS had a fantastic time at the ACE Maine Giant Jenga Tournament last week! Our 3 participating teams (with 3 very cool t-shirt designs) thoroughly enjoyed the networking and friendly competition.

Last night CWS attended the 170th Anniversary Gala for 75 State Street in Portland, ME. We were honored to celebrate a longtime client for their legacy of excellence in housing and healthcare for older adults. Congratulations, and here's to another 170 years!

On Tuesday, September 10th, we celebrated the groundbreaking of 186 Main Street in Auburn, Maine. We were joined by project team representatives, City staff and officials including Auburn Mayor Jeffrey Harmon, representatives from U.S. Senator Susan Collins' and Congressman Jared Golden's offices and members of the public. We thank the City of Auburn, Maine (Official) & JCS Property Management for the joint effort in getting to the point of starting construction & look forward to the the ribbon cutting ceremony next year! In honor of national bowling day tomorrow, we wanted to share some memories of our CWS bowling team from this past winter! Team 'Gutter Humiliation' participated in an AEC bowling league where we had a great time networking and cheering each other on. We even bowled our way into the finals, where our supporters brought specialized signs for each team member.
