It was a great morning with the team! It's always a pleasure having our Executive Leadership team in the building. Celebrating the successes of our team with everyone was amazing. The growth in Houston is really exciting, this branch has come from 7 field technicians to 30 technicians. It is a awesome feeling leading this team on a daily bases. To say I'm beyond proud of this Branch is a understatement. I'll put this team up against any! Houston Proud!

It’s Tank Trouble Tuesday! A fueling facility in Tanknology’s Western Plains region requested a TankCam® inspection of a 10,000 gallon, fiberglass tank to inspect for undesirable conditions or abnormal operating conditions. The tank held unleaded.
 The TankCam inspection revealed a moderate amount of sediment in the tank and a crack and an active water ingress in the bottom, side wall of the tank. Small blisters appeared near the seam on the lower tank wall and several pieces of construction debris were found in the tank.

The tank held midgrade unleaded. The customer also requested a TankClean Remote Video UST Cleaning. The TankCam inspection revealed a moderate amount of residue and sludge on the bottom of the tank. After the TankClean Remote Video UST Cleaning, the TankCam shows that the sludge and residue were removed and the tank was clean. The tank was later placed back into service. Our team demonstrated exceptional dedication by working over the weekend during a facility’s maintenance shutdown. One crew efficiently handled tasks inside a lift station wet well, while another cleaned a tank for the same client. Safety remained our top priority throughout these operations. Kudos to the D&H Environmental Department and Mike Mireles for his outstanding in-house training on confined space safety and ensured our crew’s success and safety. This showcases our commitment to excellence and safety, making us a reliable partner for environmental service needs.

The tank held super unleaded. The TankCam inspection revealed widespread flaking. Active dripping was observed coming from the fill riser and a crack was observed in the tank wall at the fill end of the tank. Another small crack was found in the tank wall near the center of the tank along with signs of liquid staining.
