Currently, about 5% of plastics in the U.S. are recycled. Many forms of plastic cannot be recycled in existing systems, which means they often "leave the loop" after initial recycling. Inconsistent standards add to consumer confusion, causing discouragement.   So how can we continue to fuel innovation and convenience in the modern world, while protecting the planet?   D6 is working towards becoming carbon-negative status by 2035 offering a new closed-loop system, extending the life cycle of plastics.   We had the opportunity to sit down with Edward Dominion, President and Founder of D6, to explore the driving force behind his passion.
