    Introducing the DAAXIT 10 hour rule: Step 1: Identify 10 hours of work that you can take out of your week. Step 2: Replace those 10 hours with something you want to do more of. Step 3: Define the results you want to achieve with these changes. I implemented this for myself last year. Here's what I did: Less: I reduced my CFO Operations work by 10 hours by hiring more CFO's and an HR and Accounting Manager. More: I refocused my time on business and development and on personal time for the gym and golf. Results: Grow personally and professionally.
