Coming into 2024 and our 5 year anniversary, we have grown so much as a company! With this, we are so proud to share that we have successfully adopted a 32 hour / 4-day work week that not only has elevated our team’s efficiency, but also ignited a wave of positivity and happiness among our incredible team. “As client services professionals in PR, we are used to the KPI question. We get it constantly when it comes to evaluating the impact of earned media. Reflecting on a remarkable year at Daly! As we bid farewell to 2023, we wanted to share some amazing updates, predictions, and wins. 😉 In 2023…  —We achieved more with less by embracing a 32 hour work week, incorporating slow down time and a late Monday start. ⌛ —We kicked off our work with the incredible sustainability expert Lilian Liu, who has conducted an audit of Daly’s current practices and efforts, and is helping us create an action plan to help Daly take its sustainability and social impact commitments to the next level in 2024, and beyond. 🌱 —As a first step…we revamped Daly’s Swag Gifting program to reduce the carbon footprint in our packaging by over 50%, while still offering new, high quality Daly-fied gifts that are made to last like cozy wool socks, a bright beanie, Daly-branded Tony’s chocolate, and more. 💝 —Our team grew in size, and in seniority! The incredible Lacilynn Helfrich joined our team as Comms Associate in January; the amazing Charlotte Whalen became a Comms Manager; the wonderful William Kim stepped up as a Marketing Associate; and the inimitable Caitlin Shannon became a Senior Marketing Manager! —Our client work expanded into new territories (physical and metaphorical!), from Germany to Australia, and from babies to petcare. We also started to dive deeper into existing industries such as health and sexual wellness. 🐶 —We held our annual retreat on the North Fork of Long Island, meeting some of our team members IRL for the first time. Shout out to the wonderful Sound View Hotel! 🐚 Huge thanks to our Founder, Alex Daly, Partner & Managing Director, Ally Bruschi, and our exceptional team members! Cheers to a fantastic year and the adventures that await!
