Meet Rob Rizzo, our Senior Technical Project Manager at DAS Health. Rob's journey spans over twenty-four years. Most notable was when he started with Itentive HealthCare Solutions in 2007 and then joined DAS in 2022.  Rob is currently part of the DAS Project Management Office, where he is involved in several projects, including a significantly large implementation for a Senior Living Facility. His role in DAS Project Management includes setting clear objectives and goals, planning and scheduling, managing resources, overseeing risk management, engaging stakeholders, facilitating communication, demonstrating adaptability, monitoring and evaluating performance, handling documentation, and fostering team development. ➡ What is your proudest professional accomplishment at DAS Health? My proudest professional achievement at DAS Health was being part of the successful DataCenter migration from Itentive to DAS. This project not only streamlined our processes but also greatly improved client satisfaction and engagement. Working alongside a committed team, we tackled challenges and ensured a seamless transition, which ultimately enhanced the quality of care we deliver. Witnessing the positive impact on our clients has been immensely rewarding. ➡ What do you enjoy most about working at DAS Health? The DAS Teams collaboration, communication, and professionalism to successfully complete projects, tackle challenges, and develop solutions. The DAS culture encourages seeking efficiencies through automation and workflow modifications. Ideas are thoughtfully considered and discussed rather than dismissed or added to a list. ➡ What advice would you give to someone starting a career in your field? Look to gain experience through internships or volunteer opportunities to gain hands-on experience. Real-world projects will teach you valuable lessons that you can't get from books. Be adaptable to ever changing HealthCare Field. Projects, Solutions, and Technology is constantly changing. Be prepared to adapt your strategies and approach as needed. Our DAS Health team participated in the 9th Annual Central Florida Health Care, Inc. Golf Tournament for Breast Cancer. The CFHC golf tournament funded free mammograms for women in Central Florida that can't afford them. The event emphasized the importance of community involvement in the fight against breast cancer and celebrated the resilience of survivors.
