Located in the serene landscape of Cavendish, Vermont, the Front Porch Mountain Club is designed as a collection of nine residential units, catering primarily to vacationers seeking a winter escape during the ski season. The project embraces its environment through intentional design choices that balance comfort, aesthetics, and functionality. Externally, the homes feature shou sugi ban, a traditional Japanese technique of charred wood, which not only enhances the building's durability but also provides a striking contrast against the winter snow. Inside, light wood finishes in the flooring and ceilings, paired with clean white walls, create a bright and inviting space, complementing the bold exterior. This project is under construction and has been an exciting challenge, bringing together modern living, sustainability, and an emphasis on blending with nature. 

Skyhouse is a project located in New Jersey, boasting a privileged site with views of the Hudson River and New York City. The project faced challenges due to its steep topography and the family's requirements. As a family of four with a social lifestyle, they desired expansive social areas including a living room, sports bar, pool, terrace, and fire pit. The house is designed with three levels and a rooftop, with a total area of 5853.43sq ft. The entry level serves as a transition and distribution point, leading downstairs to the private rooms and upstairs to the social areas. . . Skyhouse es un proyecto ubicado en Nueva Jersey con un sitio privilegiado que ofrece vistas al río Hudson y a la ciudad de Nueva York. Este proyecto enfrentó la complejidad de una topografía empinada y los requisitos de la familia. Con una familia de cuatro personas con un estilo de vida social, deseaban grandes áreas comunes como la sala de estar, bar deportivo, piscina, terraza y fogata. Con un resultado de una residencia de tres niveles y un nivel de azotea, con un total de área de 540m2. El nivel de entrada de la casa sirve como punto de transición y distribución, bajando al nivel privado donde están las habitaciones y subiendo las escaleras hacia las áreas sociales.
