  • Join us on October 9, 2024 at 12 noon for lunch and a conversation with Judge Brad Garcia. Judge Garcia was appointed to the U.S. Court of Appeals in May 2023. The D.C. Bar Litigation Community and the Federal Bar Association D.C. Chapter invite their members to learn more about and get to know Judge Garcia, including his background and practice before the Court.   • Please welcome Melissa Weberman from Arnold & Porter as our new co-chair of the eDiscovery and Information Governance Committee. Ms. Weberman will be working alongside Kevin Clark.
