Yesterday, we celebrated the re-opening of our facility at Prologis Park Gernsheim, a project that represents much more than just a building upgrade. It’s about how we continuously adapt to meet the needs of our customers. Dealer Tire, a long-standing partner in the U.S., chose Gernsheim for their first European distribution center—reflecting the trust they’ve placed in us to support their expansion here. What makes this project stand out is how we’ve leveraged the strengths of our portfolio — buildings in prime locations, flexible enough to serve different customer needs — alongside our Prologis Essentials services. Another key aspect: by modernizing existing spaces, like we did here, we extend the life of our buildings and enable businesses like Dealer Tire to thrive in new markets.
