We were proud to join 2Life Communities in celebrating the ribbon cutting of Leland House in #Waltham yesterday! The highlight of the event was hearing how the residents are already enjoying living within this new, 68-unit #PassiveHouse building. Leland House offers abundant opportunities for community engagement, with its ground-floor Village Center hosting wellness activities, arts and cultural programs, communal meals, and more. Additionally, it is located close to the city's senior center, providing even greater access to community resources. Dellbrook|JKS and the AGC MA loved hosting Dearborn STEM Academy last week to explore careers in construction at Franklin Cummings Tech's new #Roxbury campus! We shared insights into the many roles that bring a project to life, highlighting this three-story, 68,000 SF structure, which will house FCT’s technical and trade programs. After discussing the project and completing a building activity, we suited up in PPE to tour the progress on-site. It was a pleasure joining the AGC MA (Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts) at Mattahunt Elementary for its annual Adopt-a-School event! A few of our team members gathered with other local firms to spend the morning introducing careers in construction to 4th grade students. We loved sharing a bit about our roles, reading a children's book about construction, and building a LEGO excavator set. Thank you to the AGC MA for an excellent day!
