I recently attended a workshop exploring various techniques used by businesses to develop processes and procedures, where I discovered the intriguing ADDIE Model. Originating in the 1970s at Florida State University's Center for Educational Technology during a military training project and think that this methodology continues to hold relevance today. I believe that embracing the ADDIE Model can significantly benefit a company by providing a structured and effective approach to achieving business objectives and facilitating a successful hiring process. The ADDIE Model comprises the following essential steps: - Analysis: Understanding and defining business needs and objectives. - Design: Planning and structuring the solution to address identified requirements. - Development: Creating and refining the solution based on the established design. - Implementation: Executing the solution within the business environment. - Evaluation: Assessing the solution's effectiveness and efficiency to ensure alignment with desired outcomes.
