Exciting news! Wicker Park Cottage, designed by Woodhouse Tinucci Architects and featuring our millwork, is a finalist in the AIA Chicago Lerch Bates People’s Choice Awards! We recently installed unique upgrades in the women’s locker room areas at Ridgemoor Country Club. These deluxe finishes include 3D tile, Capogrossi quartz, brass surround over the kitchen, and felted ceilings. The bathroom vanity and attendant stations were a couple of our favorite elements. We had a great time working on this challenging yet rewarding project, thanks to our friends at Sequoia General Contracting Corp. and OKW Architects!

We’re excited to see our millwork installed at the Goose Island Beer Company brewpub at Salt Shed, opening next week! We custom-finished the cedar wall planking at our shop and collaborated with Icon Modern on all the steelwork. 

Check out the newest addition to our 4600 N Marine Drive project—a stunning fireplace in the 12th-floor amenity space with a view of Lake Michigan.   Our team has worked meticulously to create this fireplace. The top and bottom were custom-made with fluted walnut paneling using our CNC machine, and the center features a beautiful copper centerpiece that accentuates the firebox with compounded angles.   This is just one example of the careful attention to detail that defines our collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, Valerio Dewalt Train, and Gilbane Building Company. #amenityspace #millwork #craftsmanship

What an excellent result! We recently collaborated with this great team to create high-end products for the premium amenity spaces at Porter, a new luxury apartment complex in Oak Park.

The Demeter team had a great time creating exceptional pieces for 808 N. Cleveland in River North last year. The building is a dynamic mixed-use structure with impressive luxury amenities, and our millwork is a testament to its modern and functional design. Every aspect of the building exudes contemporary elegance and functionality, from the sleek lobby reception wall to the unique double-sided shelves to the inviting outdoor cabanas. Demeter is excited to showcase our latest collaboration at 4600 N Marine Drive, a beautiful 12-story residential development in Uptown, Chicago. We teamed up with Lincoln Property Company, Valerio Dewalt Train, and Gilbane Building Company to craft exceptional millwork pieces that elevate the development's many amenity spaces.   Here's just a glimpse of some of our work:   • Prefabricated curved banquette seamlessly integrated into the lobby space • A metal tower clad with Chemetal aluminum veneer and a stunning moss wall featuring real living moss "pixels” • Staircase featuring solid oak treads and custom finishes for safety and elegance   We're thrilled with the outcome and can't wait to share more project updates soon!   #luxuryliving #millwork #craftsmanship
