The Nevada Department of Business and Industry is a cabinet level department with 11 divisions, 37 occupational licensing boards, 9 advisory 16 policy-making boards and commissions and 9 advisory committees. Our objective is to encourage and promote the development and growth of business and ensure the legal operation of business in order to protect consumers by maintaining a fair and competitive regulatory environment.
