OpenGrid’s OdeumOne battery-integrated chargers offer plug-and-play deployment, making EV fast charging as easy as grocery shopping. At the lab, they’re testing their hardware and software in real-world scenarios, engaging with local drivers, and refining their technology for commercial rollout. As I reflect on my experiences as a transplant navigating throughout the state, I can't help but feel a sense of pride in how we are solidifying our position as a leader in mobility innovation. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Team Michigan for their unwavering support and for embracing my vision. Together, we achieved the launch of a new Prototype Grant, created a new Mobility Fellowship Program for recent college grads, established an Advanced Aerial Mobility Activation Fund, and are preparing for our inaugural Mobility Conference, and I couldn't be prouder! We have a promising today and an electrifying future ahead! As more people move to EVs, however, the EV charging station landscape will change.
