At Devon, we believe mental health matters. That’s why we offer a wide range of mental health services to our employees and why, on World Mental Health Day, we invited partner agencies and support groups to Devon Energy Center and provided resources to our field offices to help raise awareness and encourage conversations around mental health in the workplace.
