An inclusive and diverse workplace is essential for driving innovation and delivering meaningful customer experiences. One of the ways Dexcom fosters this environment is through Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which empower employees, build connections, and champion important causes. In our Voices of Inclusion series, we are proud to highlight the leaders who bring these ERGs to life. Their experiences and dedication shape Dexcom’s inclusive culture. Today, we’re excited to feature Maritza Powell, Co-President of the LatinX ERG, who shares her journey and insights on driving positive change.

Do you know what glucose is and what it does to your body? Hint: it’s foundational to health, especially for the more than 125 million Americans living with diabetes or prediabetes. That’s why Dexcom is establishing National Glucose Awareness Week from Sept. 23-29 in partnership with nonprofit Beyond Type 2 and actress Retta, to educate and encourage people to own their glucose health. • Stable glucose levels are essential for diabetes management ✔️ • Yet a recent survey found only 10% of people with Type 2 diabetes not using insulin or prediabetes say they understand the factors that cause changes in their glucose levels “extremely well”❗️ • Many people living with Type 2 diabetes not using insulin and prediabetes are unaware and undiagnosed ❗️ 💪 Let’s get glucose aware. Visit GetGlucoseAware.com to find educational resources on glucose, win prizes for sharing your newfound knowledge, join our national step challenge starting on Sept. 30 and so much more. #StelobyDexcom #GetGlucoseAware
