Celebrating over a decade of partnership with Sacred Heart Community Service, our Mountain View office recently hosted another successful Bike Build event! With the dedicated support of 40 incredible DGA volunteers, we secured and assembled 30 bicycles for less fortunate families in our community. This year, Sacred Heart aims to distribute 400 bikes, and we're proud to contribute to this inspiring goal. DGA was thrilled to join the LEAP Sandcastle Classic this year, where we rolled up our sleeves to support San Francisco Bay Area elementary schools! This creative event combined architecture, community spirit, and some serious sand-sculpting skills, all to raise funds for arts and education programs in local schools. Our San Diego staff were honored to attend the Torrey View Ribbon Cutting ceremony to celebrate their campus success with the new Pfizer Lab tenant at Breakthrough Properties' Torrey View Campus. The state-of-the-art facility consolidates Pfizer’s Oncology Chemistry and Biology Research Labs and Offices from their La Jolla locations. The project encompasses a 230,000 SF tenant improvement across multiple floors within two buildings on the campus. This achievement reflects our team's commitment to delivering results on an accelerated timeline.
