Home to the College of Arts and Sciences, with space for the College of Fine Arts, the addition and renovation of Dunbar Hall at Western Michigan University creates a vibrant hub for collaboration and innovation. Reimagined classrooms and workspaces, accessible entrances and the inclusion of an elevator and open stairs establish a student-centric learning space that welcomes all. HGA proudly participated in the unveiling ceremony for the newly renamed Paul D. Wellstone Federal Building in Minneapolis. In 2022, a bill was passed to rename the building, and HGA was tasked with developing exterior wayfinding and monumental signage that aligned with the architecture and honored Senator Wellstone's impact on the state and city. The monument sign features granite from the original 1913 building's quarry, with stainless-steel corner wayfinding signs reflecting the building’s façade details. Attendees included US Senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith, US Representative Ilhan Omar, David Wellstone, GSA’s Robin Carnahan and Denise Maes and Rabbi Marcia Zimmerman of Temple Israel.
