The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University, is seeking qualified and certified NYS MWBEs and SDVOBs to bid on the SUNY Upstate Community Hospital Parking Garage Repairs project. Scope of work is to include but not limited to asbestos abatement, demolition and removal of selected portions of building or structure, steel framing and supports where required, surface preparation and application of high-performance coating systems on exterior structural steel members, repair of horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces, plumbing removals and associated work including sanitary waste and vent piping and facility storm drainage. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The location of this project is in Syracuse, NY. All NYS certified MWBEs and SDVOBs are encouraged to submit. The bid due date is Friday, April 4th at 10:00am EST.
