Conifer-LeChase Construction is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors that can provide a commercially useful function for the North Gate Landing project. The scope of work includes but is not limited to abatement, demolition, earthwork, site utilities, concrete, masonry, rough carpentry wood framing, gypcrete, insulation, membrane roofing, siding, firestopping, doors and hardware, windows, drywall, painting, specialties and finish carpentry, trash chute, compactor, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work and safety and security. MBE Goal: 20%, WBE: 10%, SDVOB: 6% Bids are due by March 31 at 2:00pm. Exciting progress underway at the Graycliff Conservancy Visitor Center! The project team is currently finishing up site utilities and getting ready to start work on the footings and walls. LeChase’s Buffalo office is serving as the general contractor on the project, which will enhance and expand the existing visitor center. LeChase Construction Services, LLC, an EEO employer, is currently seeking interest from qualified and certified NYS M/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and vendors that can provide a commercially useful function for the Heavy Equipment/Diesel Expansion project at The Educational Foundation of Alfred.   The scope of work includes but is not limited to a 10,000-SF addition to the existing pre-engineered metal building and associated site work. Site work will include modification and extension of underground utilities, resurfacing hard surfaces, plantings and lawn restoration. New systems within the building include fire sprinklers, lighting, domestic water, below grade sanitary, heating and ventilation, overhead bridge crane, compressed air and fenestration.   MWBE Goal: 30%, SDVOB: 6%   Bid documents are available through Building Connected.
