We were delighted to spend last week at the 15th International HHT Scientific Conference. Cure HHT has done a tremendous job elevating the medical understanding and awareness of this rare disease, and we were honored to participate. We, along with our scientific and clinical collaborators, Philippe Marambaud, Ph.D. (Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research) and Hanny Al-Samkari, M.D. (MGH), gave three presentations. We reviewed our scientific approach, highlighted the need for better treatment options, and presented emerging research on the overall healthcare costs associated with HHT. Thanks to the organizing committee from France and all our colleagues who were there to support and share new ideas.

Today we announced our participation with multiple presentations at Cure HHT’s 15th HHT International Scientific Conference. Throughout the conference, we will present an overview of our ALK1 agonist antibody designed to target the root cause of HHT. Our scientific collaborator, Philippe Marambaud of the Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research, will also present a detailed characterization of our approach in multiple HHT-relevant in vitro and in vivo models. Recently, our CEO, Alexey "Alex" Lugovskoy gave a talk at the #Antibody Series 2024 on how we use artificial intelligence and computational methods to facilitate the discovery of agonist antibodies against challenging- to-drug multimeric receptor complexes, including our lead agonist molecules designed to correct signaling in the people with #HHT. Next week, our own Andy Sullivan and JC Hus will present at the 22nd Annual Discovery on Target meeting in Boston. Andy will review the potential of bivalent agonist antibodies as next-generation immunological therapies, and JC will present on how we combine #machinelearning and physics-based methods to design and optimize our therapies. We are fundamentally changing the way agonist antibody therapies are developed. The biopharmaceutical industry has a robust, growing toolkit of methods to inhibit disease-associated pathways. However, there lacks a systematic and pharmacologic approach to activating biological pathways which could hold the answer to treating diseases caused by deficient signaling. It's been a busy and exciting summer for Diagonal! We recently moved out of an incubator space and into our very own office in Arsenal Yards, Watertown.
