Celebrating Success at Our Recent Leadership Meeting! Gathered in the spirit of mystery and collaboration, our leadership team came together in person for our 2024 "Clue"-themed Leadership Meeting! The energy, teamwork, and passion were palpable, and we're thrilled to share a quick recap of the incredible successes we achieved during our time together. We gathered on our first night with a fun-filled social event that brought together multiple departments including accounting, people services, multifamily leadership, and investment. It was great to see team members from different areas of DPG mingle and connect. Included in this kickoff were the announcements of our Home Office, Co-Maintenance and Office Team Member of the Year award winners! These individuals were nominated by their peers for their contributions through 2023 and we were honored to recognize each of them. During the event, our Operations team and Regional Managers led different presentations on valuable topics. The content highlights were incident reporting & media training, customer experience benchmarks, leadership and management, and mastering the art of interviewing. To close out the meeting, we had giveaways and prizes awarded, adding an element of excitement for all. Lastly, thank you to our wonderful sponsors for helping us put on a successful (and fun) event! Here's to many more successful gatherings and achievements in 2024!

A very special thank you to everyone who took the time to visit with us at NMHC! It’s always a great event but even better when we spend it with good people – and on a beautiful boat! It was an exciting and productive week. We look forward to flourishing relationships in 2024. 

In early January, our leadership team participated in DPG’s Executive Committee Annual. The teams’ goal was to set our first quarter and annual goals as a company for 2024, and it was a great success. This two-night retreat was collaborative, productive, and a great way to kick off the new year.  

Celebrating a significant achievement in commercial real estate, Sterling Town Center, a 127,454 sq. ft. office building managed by Dietz Property Group’s Brian Salliotte, has received the 2023 Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award.   This prestigious honor reflects DPG’s unwavering commitment to excellence, showcasing the team's meticulous attention to detail and dedication to continuous enhancement in a competitive landscape. It's not only an acknowledgment of superior building operations and management but also highlights our strategic approach to maintaining and elevating commercial properties. At Dietz Property Group, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional office and industrial property management services.
