Senior Program Manager | Strategic Operations, Data Analytics, Team Leadership | Driving Business Growth through Innovative Project Management

97 million new jobs. 450% increase in AI skills demand. Are you ready? AI is reshaping industries faster than ever, and if you’re not learning, you’re falling behind. As Andrew Ng said, "AI is the new electricity." Just like electricity transformed every industry, AI is doing the same—and it’s not slowing down. That’s why I’m making it a priority to stay ahead. I’m taking free AI courses to build my skills and stay competitive as a program manager. Whether you’re curious or already working with AI, these resources will help you keep up without breaking the bank (or using LinkedIn Learning). Here’s what I’m working on: -> IBM "Generative Technology for Executives and Business Leaders" Focused on how to make better business decisions with new technology. -> Andrew Ng "Generative Technology for Everyone" A clear introduction for those wanting to understand new tools shaping business. ->Allie Miller "AI for Business Leaders" An in-depth course on using AI to drive results, perfect for those looking to integrate AI into leadership roles. ->Career Essentials in Generative Technology by Microsoft and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Learning) A hands-on course for using technology in everyday work. -> Technology for Business Leaders (LinkedIn Learning) Guidance for managers and leaders on how to apply innovations in their organizations. 💡 Fun Fact: By 2025, the demand for professionals with tech-driven skills will outpace supply by over 1 million jobs. Building these skills now can set you apart in the competitive job market. Any recommendations for AI courses or books? Please leave them in the comments below.

The FCC regulated broadband services in the US.

Consumers deserve quality support and should be able to easily cancel subscriptions, talk to live customer service representatives, and consent to or decline automatic service renewals - and these options should be accessible to individuals with disabilities. We will conduct a review on customer support offered by broadband, cable and phone providers to explore solutions and improvements to these issues. https://lnkd.in/eQEWie-V

The process to start routing cell phone calls to the 988 Crisis Lifeline based on the caller’s approximate location using georouting began last week with two major U.S. wireless carriers - combined they make up about half of all wireless 988 calls. Next month, we will vote on final rules to make georouting a requirement for all U.S. wireless carriers. “In times of crisis, every minute matters—especially when seeking help for yourself or a loved one in need of mental health support" - Chairwoman Rosenworcel.

Many of our fundholders have already asked how they can give support as our community begins recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Community Foundation Tampa Bay is facilitating philanthropy through our Rapid Response Fund, which supports nonprofits working on the front lines of hurricane recovery. Donate to help meet urgent needs, such as: • Emergency food, shelter, clothing and medical treatment • Storm-related damage impeding the delivery of services such as facility and vehicle repairs, replacing equipment, etc. • Programming to support long-term recovery efforts 🤝 Visit the Rapid Response Fund to provide immediate support for our community: https://loom.ly/HM1P7NM #HurricaneRecovery #NonprofitResources
