Tribal libraries now have the opportunity to sign up for one-on-one assistance to start learning about and working on the E-Rate application process to help schools and libraries access affordable broadband. It's Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and we love keeping IoT devices secure. We're standing up a voluntary program to label smart devices safer from potential cyber attacks. Baby monitors, fridges, locks and other smart products will be eligible for this label.

Consumers deserve quality support and should be able to easily cancel subscriptions, talk to live customer service representatives, and consent to or decline automatic service renewals - and these options should be accessible to individuals with disabilities. We will conduct a review on customer support offered by broadband, cable and phone providers to explore solutions and improvements to these issues. https://lnkd.in/eQEWie-V
