The strength of a shareable spaces lies within its multifunctional nature. Acting as an inclusive connection point for visitors to gather, Shareable Spaces accommodate a mix of programmatic needs like retail, theatres, park space, restaurants, and event venues. Social media changed how we connect; now when we encounter a new experience, we want to post about it and come back for more later. As architects, we encourage this by creating destinations that feel intentional and inviting. Guests should feel encouraged to spend time there. When well-executed, the Shareable Space grows beyond its functional requirements and becomes an artistic expression.
Florida's hit yard TV series is looking for established Florida-friendly yards to be featured on their show! If you are interested, send an email to Katie@crawfordentertainment.tv with a few pictures and a short description of the yard. Share with someone who has a great Florida Yard. The yard does not have to be a recognized Florida-friendly landscape to be considered. The deadline to apply is August 27th, 2024.

Today, we celebrated the grand opening of the Deland SunRail Station, the 17th station that brings the original vision to completion.
