The build we completed for Everence Financial was Goshen's first ever LEED-certified build! LEED is a third-party green building certification program and the globally recognized standard for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. The beautifully updated building, completed in 2012, is now a state-of-the-art office environment. Clerestory windows, light shelves, rain gardens, products with low VOC emissions, and recycled materials all contributed to the sustainable design.
