Brian Olson joins Dornin Investment Group as Director of Asset Management in Laguna Beach. Brian oversees capital management, property management, lender and investor reporting, leasing, capital improvements, budget management and execution of business plans for DIG’s commercial real estate and non-performing loan investments. Brian brings years of experience in asset management and analytical oversight, where he was responsible for millions of square feet of commercial and self-storage assets throughout California. His deep expertise includes managing 2.5M square feet at McCarthy Cook and playing a pivotal role in expanding Irvine Company's portfolio by millions of square feet. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations, Global Business with a finance emphasis from USC and has completed Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Finance and Investments programs at UCI.
