Exciting time for all you foodies out there!
🍻 Community, craft, and care—Dave Krick does it all! A familiar face in Boise’s culinary and brewing scene, Dave owns local favorites like Red Feather Lounge, Bittercreek Alehouse, Diablo & Sons, and recently acquired at Woodland Empire. 🌿 Beyond his restaurants, Dave is a driving force behind community initiatives. He helped launch the brewery incubator program at Boise Brewing to support aspiring brewers and created the Community Benefit Beer Program through his brewery, Works Progress Administration (WPA). These special brews raise funds for causes close to his heart, including City of Good, which provides meals to vulnerable populations. Sustainability is also a top priority for Dave. His restaurants compost food waste through the Urban Worm program, turning it into nutrient-rich soil that supports local agriculture. 🌱 And for our 21+ friends, make sure to stop by Woodland Empire during Taste of Downtown Boise and order the $14 special: The Woodland Burger—house-ground Desert Mountain 100% grass-fed chuck & brisket, braised mushrooms, cheddar, caramelized onions, dandelion greens, and rosemary saloon sauce. 🍔 Dave’s dedication to Boise is clear—whether he’s brewing up great beer, supporting local causes, or implementing eco-friendly practices, he’s making a lasting impact. 🍺 https://lnkd.in/ghJgYUJZ #TasteOfDowntown #BoiseEats #SupportLocal #InvestInIdaho #IdahoCF #bettertogether #TasteofBoise
