We’re throwing it back to when Littler hosted a fantastic clothing drive in their office, all in support of Dress for Success Twin Cities! Partnering with Labels for Good, Littler brought together their team’s generosity and community spirit to help empower women by providing the professional attire they need to succeed. The clothing drive was a tremendous success, and the donations have made a real difference in the lives of the women we serve. We’re so grateful to Littler and Labels for Good for their dedication and kindness. Thank you, Littler, for organizing this impactful drive and for being such amazing partners in our mission to empower women through employment!

We are excited to welcome Dan Marshman to the DFSTC board! Dan is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Vice President specializing in Digital Product Strategy. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary's and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. Growing up on a dairy farm instilled in Dan a deep appreciation for hard work and determination—values that have shaped his professional journey and personal commitments. As Field and Schedule Director for the Saint Michael Youth Lacrosse Association and a coach for youth lacrosse, football, and basketball, he is dedicated to giving back to the community and shaping the next generation. In his personal time, Dan enjoys engineering projects and researching new concepts. His hobbies include fishing, mountain biking, and camping, which is a family favorite when the weather allows. Dan cherishes time with his two children and their family dog. He is also an avid fan of audiobooks and enjoys a great paperback in front of a fire. Looking ahead, Dan plans to pursue a doctorate with the dream of teaching as a professor in his retirement, sharing a lifetime of experiences and knowledge. He leverages his extensive business acumen and passion for empowering others to support organizations dedicated to helping people achieve economic independence and personal growth.

Here is what Stephanie has to say: With over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, I’ve dedicated myself to driving transformation and continuous improvement. My journey has taken me from small community banks to large corporate institutions, culminating in my recent role as the Director of Process Improvement & Automation at Bremer Bank. I firmly believe in the power of innovation, creativity, and collaboration. These three pillars consistently yield exceptional results. Whether streamlining processes or fostering new ideas, I thrive on pushing boundaries. My path has been shaped by strong mentors who enriched both my personal and professional growth. As a result, I’m dedicated to fostering meaningful connections and empowering women to dream big and reach their goals. Originally from Iowa, I graduated from Iowa State University before making Minnesota my home in 2015. Family remains at the heart of my life, and in my spare time, you’ll find me creating memories with my husband (Dan) and our two grown sons—Dylan (21) and Blake (19). Whether fishing on the lake, solving puzzles, or playing games, I cherish every moment. If there’s one piece of advice I’d share, it’s this: be a lifelong learner, surround yourself with people who are different then you, and remember that a smile can go a long way. Let’s keep building connections and making a positive impact together!
