You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels heard and valued. You are: Well connected into the Web3/Crypto/NFT ecosystem - Part of multiple DAOs, and actively networks/interacts in them - Actively involved in trading/holding crypto/NFTs - Actively follows major CT (Crypto X) accounts. Plus points if he posts regularly on CT.   X (IMP) + Memes, Shit posts, Interacts with other pages on X, Cross-Engagement + Should not think Hashtags are necessary to gain any engagement on X. They are not. They only make the post look bad and desperate for attention. Hashtags only work on YouTube and Instagram. + PLUS: Runs a successful X page with more than 10-20k followers and his posts get actual engagement.   Discord (IMP) + Discord security and permissions management, Server setups, Moderate Community Engagement, Curate announcements. PLUS: Past CM experience in a Web3/Crypto/NFT discord server.
