BREAKING FCC TCPA NEWS The FCC has set dates for key regulatory updates to phone and text opt-outs. The previously delayed TCPA consent revocation updates will take effect April 11, 2025. In short, the updates are: 1) You must allow consumers to revoke consent in "any reasonable manner." 2) Opt-out requests must be processed within 10 business days. 3) You can send a one-time message within five minutes to confirm/clarify an opt-out (Already effective April 2024).
