    Have heard from a few companies we've recently demo'd that our Amazon product is blowing their minds...to be honest I didn't know it would be such a big deal 🤷♂️ In case it's applicable for you, I put together a quick video tour. Here are the highlights: 1. Cohorts & Retention: We have customer-level data for Amazon and can build proper cohort reporting, so you can actually tell what your retention and repurchase rates look like in that channel and derive good LTV estimates. 2. Sub vs. Non-Sub: You can segment subscription and non-subscription cohorts, so you can understand how well your subscriptions are performing, what the take rates are, and how LTV between sub and non-sub customers differs. This has historically been a pretty big black box for many sellers. 3. Fees Visibility: Our sales reports break out all your fees, by type, on a per-order basis cleanly, so you can understand actual gross profit and spot any trends in fees early. You can also break this out by first-time vs. returning, sub vs. non-sub, etc. 4. Repeat Order Predictions: After a few months of testing, we just rolled our retention prediction AI engine for Amazon, so you can get hyper-accurate returning customer order counts and focus your forecasting efforts on customer acquisition. 5. SmartModel™ Integration: All of this data is linked natively into the SmartModel™ so you can quickly update your actuals from Amazon and power your forecast using the exact same metrics (with the exact same definitions) as you see in your reporting.     "Invert, always invert." Charlie Munger made this phrase famous, and for good reason. Flipping the problem can often be an incredible way to find new insights and solutions. So next week we're gonna invert. Instead of another webinar on "how to build a great brand" we're going to spend some time examining the failure case - how brands die. Like it or not, this an important part of the job for founders. Founders are naturally optimistic, and have to intentionally push aside and compartmentalize risks. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to get out of bed in the morning and do this crazy thing. You'd have to get a real job 😲 But taking some time every now and then to examine, name, and quantify the Things That Could Kill You™ is a great exercise.     With its iconic squeeze bottles now a fixture at every major chain or grocer from Whole Foods to Walmart, Graza is the picture of wholesale success 🖼 But they didn’t try to get into every retail door at once.
